Update to the AIHA PAT Programs Participation Policies

We are pleased to announce that the AIHA PAT Programs Participation Policies have been updated, effective November 15, 2024. These updates improve the overall readability of the policies, include updated advertising language approved for use by participants, and align with updates to the ISO/IEC 17043:2023 update. • Updates to the general readability of the document
• The term "subcontractor" is now "external provider" throughout. This change is based on updated terms and definitions in ISO/IEC 17043:2023.
  
• Updates to the PAT Board governance to align with current practices
• Clarity added to replacement sample notification deadlines
• Clarity added to submission of data expectations when multiple personnel enter PAT data
• Formal addition of expedited enrollment
