2024 Highlights:

Enhanced communication
- Targeted messages when a user logs into the PAT Portal
- Email communication upon round failure and single point of contact for laboratory risk assessment
Launched a new PT program under IHPAT: Mercury
PAT Programs continues to communicate externally about the importance and value of proficiency testing
Update to the Participation Policies
- Updated the approved advertising language when making reference to PAT Programs participation
